A Physics Game To Keep An Eye On – Gravity Ghost

Ivy Games is releasing a brand new game called Gravity Ghost, and it looks pretty dang awesome. In Gravity Ghost, you’ll be exploring a desolate galaxy by using gravity to navigate through the universe. You’ll also get to meet the seven guardians and tackle each of their challenges. This will be a very relaxing game, featuring no dying, no failure, and no killing. There are close to twenty story scenes, which you can play in any order you please, and each is less than a minute long, encouraging the player to figure the story out themselves. Yes, you will be required to use brain power.

Gravity Ghost has sumptuous, hand-painted graphics which are bound to make your brain explode with their beauty. It’s clear that this game is being created with love and passion. It’s been compared to Little Prince, Mario Galaxy, and Pulp Fiction by the developer, which is basically awesomesauce in video game form.

This game will feature voice work from amazing talent such as Ashley Burch (Hey Ash, Watcha Playin’?, Borderlands 2), Logan Cunningham (Bastion, Transistor), and Sarah Elmaleh (Gone Home, Resonance, Red Shirt), plus two actors who are making their video game voiceover debuts. The composer of FTL: Faster Than Light is also creating a unique soundtrack for this title.

Gravity Ghost is available for pre-order from the official site for PC, Mac, and Linux through the Humble Store. The game will cost $14.99 at launch, but for a limited time, you can pre-order the game for a special price of $9.99. If you’re a musical aficionado, you can also pre-order the amazing soundtrack for the incredible price of $2.99 for a limited time. The game is expected to launch in late 2014.
