An Introduction to Women Wrestling Friends Podcast

Hello, my name is SarahTheRebel and I’m the host of Women Wrestling Friends Podcast, a show wherein women talk to other women about their love for pro wrestling. If my name sounds familiar, you might recognize me as the founder of this site. Since leaving video game journalism, I’ve traveled a wild path that has included video game PR, YouTube network management, and becoming a pro wrestler.

Together with my co-host Tamara Brooks (aka MisfitsTamara), I created WWFP in February of 2017 with one goal in mind: to show everyone that women of all different types and flavors watch and love pro wrestling. And boy did we succeed! We’ve had women wrestlers, makeup artists, bodybuilders, authors and everything in between on our show. Straight women, LGBTQ women, black women, Asian women, big women, small women: there is no type of woman who watches wrestling. We are out here and we have very strong opinions about Roman Reigns and Ronda Rousey!

We existed originally on YouTube, but now live on and iTunes. You can catch a new episode every other week on topics such as AEW, the latest WWE PPV, and more.

Recently, we did an interview with several WWE and NXT Superstars, namely (takes a big breath) Xavier Woods, Big E, Kofi Kingston, Cesaro, Seth Rollins, Shayna Baszler, Dakota Kai, Adam Cole, Johnny Gargano, Ruby Riott, and Tyler Breeze about their League of Legends showdown. Check it out on YouTube or on our Survivor Series 2018 episode.

So why are we telling you all of this? Well, it’s because this year we’re trying something new. We are adding “articles” to the podcast, and those articles will live here on Nerdy But Flirty. Interviews, think pieces, and more, let us know what sorts of articles you would like to see from us in the future!

It’s good to be home.
