I got some pretty nice feedback about my sample of the first bits of Traverser last week, so it seemed fitting to me to go ahead and do a complete playthrough of the game. My reasons for this are twofold: first, several people asked me to play more of the game, and I certainly care about what my fans/viewers want to see! But secondly, I actually really enjoyed what I played of Traverser, so I wanted to give it a shot and see if I could actually play through it.

It’s a really neat game, honestly, and I think Adult Swim Games did the right thing by working with Gatling Goat to get the game published. The graphics are great, the story is intriguing, and I really enjoy the gameplay. I can already see that this is going to offer some pretty complex puzzles later on as we progress.

Here, I present Episode 0 of my Let’s Play series. I decided to go ahead and record the first parts of the game again, because simply referring to the gameplay video from the press preview version just didn’t feel “right.” I think it flows better to have a series that goes from the start to the end, and so in this episode, we’ll be recapping the first 25 or so minutes of the game. It really sets the stage for what’s to come, and ends on a bit of a cliffhanger!
