Check out my review of issue 1 here.
The Witcher #4 continues this surprisingly good (book to) video game to comic adaptation. The mystery, story, and characters are engrossing, and I couldn’t put it down. The writing is wonderful.
On the other hand, the art wavers between stunning and strange. I love the stained glass scenes and the succubus’s hair, but I hate the hasty sketches with distorted bodies and no face.
I forgot to mention it in my earlier reviews, but there’s quite a bit of female nudity in the series.
Plot
“Geralt struggles to maintain his sanity as he is forced to endure the House of Glass’s unrelenting torment! He soon finds himself questioning Jakob’s true motivation and is faced with a dark new omen!”
