As a female gamer, I could really relate to the part about needing to be better than everyone else, instead of just average. Many other gamers admit to feeling that pressure whenever a guy watches them play. Instead of just a player who isn’t good at a certain game, suddenly “all women suck at ___” starts getting thrown around, and you leave feeling as though you’ve let your entire gender down.

It sucks. Everybody cut it out!
