We here at NBF are big Dragon Age fans (even though Dragon Age 2 left Sarah wanting much more), so we can’t wait for Dragon Age: Inquisition to be released. The game places you at the head of the Inquisition movement, which polices corruption and other ominous happenings in Thedas. Some tidbits that have been dropped about the game is that we’ll see a vast world (not quite open world, but close – and no repeating level designs!), we’ll be able to customize our armor, mounts will be available, and (perhaps what the fanbase is most excited about) multiple playable races will be returning to the game. Your character will also be treated differently because of your race, like in Dragon Age: Origins. I played a city elf in my first run of Origins and grew attached to her, so I’m glad I’ll be able to be an elf again. Right now, humans, elves, and dwarves are confirmed; no word on the qunari yet. There won’t be different origins this time around, however.
You can watch a trailer created by Game Informer, who will be doing month-long coverage of Inquisition on their site, with some of this info and a little tease of pre-alpha gameplay footage right here:
Dragon Age: Inquisition will be available for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. I’m so excited! Let us know what aspects you’re looking forward to in the comments.
