Holy title announcements, Batman!
Microsoft, Ubisoft, EA, and Sony all had their press conferences today, dropping all kinds of titles in their wake. Sarah the Rebel will be bringing you news on the EA conference shortly, because she was in attendance.
A cavalcade of titles were announced in the morning at Microsoft’s Conference.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain: More gameplay was released, featuring Snake riding a horse! The game is now open world, meaning Snake has to deal with the elements in addition to soldiers. The Hideo team has also added the element of night and day, meaning you can now attack in the dark!
Ryse: Son of Rome is a new franchise coming to Xbox One as an exclusive launch title.
Killer Instinct made a roaring debut at the Microsoft Conference as an exclusive Xbox One title. The reveal of this game dredged up a little bit of controversy with a comment that was interpreted as rape joke during a tech demo that made a lot of people, (which awesomely included quite a few men, according to Sarah), uncomfortable. Really, it seemed more like a terribly-scripted trash talk gone awry.
