Hey there, nerds and dorks. It’s June 9th! You know what that means, correct? Uh…E3 day one, of-freakin’-course!
For those of you who didn’t know, or forgot, Spike TV was named the official broadcaster for the 2013 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). Spike TV was also a broadcaster of the Xbox One reveal, and will continue treating its viewers to all the latest news as they live-broadcast all the action taking place this year at E3.
All right, on to today’s the main attraction – Call of Duty!
E3 2013 provided eager gamers a chance to preview what Call of Duty: Ghosts will be like for the current generation and the next.
One of the elements I find absolutely adorable and exciting is the addition of your new pet pup, Riley!
Call of Duty: Ghosts features a new story, a new world, new characters (Riley!), and new experiences. A lot of attention has been focused on the possibilities it holds for the next generation consoles/engines.
According to Trusted Reviews, the new storyline will take place a decade after a “massive attack.” As a result, you will be playing as one member of a team of soldiers trying to fight back against a stronger opposition.
Call of Duty: Ghosts will release on Xbox 360, PlayStation3, and PC on November 5, 2013. It will also release on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 later this year.
The regular edition will cost $59.99. It is available for preorder at http://www.callofduty.com/ghosts/wheretobuy as well as most online retailers.
