Omega DLC for Mass Effect 3: Official Trailer

BioWare has released the official trailer for the Mass Effect 3 DLC: Omega.

*Clears throat*

OMFG! Look at those two badass ladies! Aria is kicking butt, Nyreen (the female Turian) is kicking butt, the only thing that would have made this better would be FemShep instead of BroShep kickin butt! SQUUEEEEE for all the girl power!

Nyreen, the female Turian.

Also, if you’ve read the Aria comics, you already have some idea of what’s going on. If you have not read them, please do. They are all available for digital download, and I quite enjoyed them.

Okay, my crazy pants excitement aside, here are the details.

Plot

“Join Omega’s infamous leader in her fight to retake the notorious black market station. Navigate Omega’s seedy underbelly as Aria joins your squad and you witness her legendary biotic powers and unrelenting ruthlessness first-hand. Help Nyreen Kandros, the valiant Turian leader of the Talon mercenary group, as she fights to free the enslaved people of Omega. Face down fearsome new enemies, including the Cerberus-manipulated Reaper, the Adjutant.”

What’s New?

Release and Price

The Omega DLC comes out tomorrow for the 360, PS3, and PC (not seeing the WiiU listed). It will be 1200 Microsoft Points, 1200 BioWare points (PC), and $14.99 on the PS3, making it the most expensive DLC I’ve ever purchased. Because I will be purchasing this.
