So along with the news that PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale has gone gold, PlayStation has announced the first DLC for the game. Like the TTT2 DLC I mentioned yesterday, this DLC will be FREE (at least for the first two weeks it is available).

So make sure to snag this limited-time freebie to gain access to Kat from Gravity Rush and Emmett from Starhawk. A woman and a minority on the first DLC! Yay Sony!

With the addition of Kat, this brings us up to three female characters so far: Fat Princess, Nariko, and Kat. We are still two female characters away from Krysti Pryde and I’s cynical prediction for the number of female characters to be featured in the game. >_>

PSABR will be released November 20th for $59.99. Purchasing the PS3 version of the game will also net you the digital Vita version for free, which is pretty dope.
