This is very unique Kickstarter project, so I am going to do this Kickstarter “about” a bit different than the others I have written. Without further ado, let’s get to it!

What is Comic Book Girl 19 all about? Now THIS is a Kickstarter I can really get behind! The Comic Book Girl 19 Show is a YouTube web series that was started this year in April. It has grown substantially, and is now at more than 50,000 subscribers! This show was born from two friends who have a strong passion and love for comics, sci-fi, fantasy, books, movies, etc… (I know that feel, bro!). With the huge following they have now, they would like to make a ton of improvements on the show, starting with more episodes and a faster production rate.

What is the funding for? We all know that starting a show on YouTube isn’t free, and funding it by themselves is hard, so they would like their lovely viewers to help them out with some much-needed supplies and things for production! Funding is also needed to fix things that may have broken over the past year. Robot, one of the show’s personalities, also needs a lot of repairs. Beyond all that, they would eventually like to do podcasts, short films, and similar things!

Fun things they are offering: The more you donate, the cooler the rewards! At $25, you get a signed 8×10 photo of CGB19 and Robot AND these awesome Box Hero Figures done by Nicholas Winchester.

…among a few other cool things. At $30, you can get a sexy pin-up photo of CGB19. If you pledge $40, you can get a copy of CGB19’s favorite “so-bad-its-good” movie, complete with commentary by herself and Robot.
