Lady Gamer of March: Milloux Suicide of the SuicideGirls

Ladies and gentlemen, it is a great honor to feature this bold, brazen young woman who has had a large impact on my life. In fact, she was the exact reason I decided to go for SuicideGirls, and shot the photoshoot that made me an official SuicideGirl.

She’s got beauty, brains, and she’s an overall badass who is one of the most hardcore Skyrim players you’ll ever meet. I introduce to you, Milloux Suicide, featured here in her newest set, Body Electric.

Body Electric

KS: Milloux, you model for the alternative pin-up company SuicideGirls. How did your involvement with them begin?

MS: Well, when I was a fifteen-year-old lass, I used to go to the computer lab at my high school and get around the safety block to look at pictures of SuicideGirls. I decided somewhere around that time to do it when I was eighteen.

KS: What’s the meaning behind the name Milloux? (And how do you say it?!)

MS: Milloux was a mathematician whose theorem of half-linear differential equations was extended upon by Einstein. It’s French, so it’s “Mill-ooou,” but some people call me Milo, which is pretty cool, too.

KS: You’re a successful model as well as a talented staff photographer. How did you feel when you learned that you had become a staff photographer, and what was your initial reaction?

MS: Haha, well, I was definitely ecstatic to say the least. I was at work when another photographer texted me and said “Look who went green.” I may have jumped out of my seat with joy.

(KS Sidenote: On the website, when Hopefuls (potential SuicideGirls) “Go Pink,” it means they are an official SuicideGirl, with their name and banner being changed from a soft blue color to “Pink” and the word “SuicideGirl” next to their name. When Hopeful Photographers (Photographers who shoot girls with the hope of becoming official staff) are recognized as being exceptionally talented, and with enough sets bought, they “Go Green,” which is the color that members, Hopefuls, and SuicideGirls recognize as the color of official staff on SG. Milloux now sports a green title that says “Photographer,” meaning she is one of the few elite photographers in the world who is recognized by both SuicideGirls as well as other professionals worldwide.)

KS: When not on the site, modeling, or on location shooting beautiful women, it’s known you have a massive ladyboner for the game Skyrim. How did you get into video games?

MS: Everyone in my family plays games. Literally everyone. My grandma plays gambling games. My mom plays adventure games. My brother, cousins, and dad play sports games. I play RPGs; it’s in my blood.

KS: What was the first video game you every played and what system?

MS: I’d say it was probably either Frogger or Pacman on the actual handheld console that had only one game in it. I still have the Pacman one. I think I curbstomped the Frogger one because it was so fucking hard to beat.

KS: What’s the hardest video gave you’ve never beaten, but want to?

MS: Well, I’m going to go ahead to say I’ve never beat Altered Beast without cheating, but I’d like to. Also, The Little Mermaid game for Game Boy (original). I’ve never passed level three, so fucking hard! New games are definitely easier.

KS: Again, your raging ladyboner for Skyrim is something a lot of people know you for, haha. What appeals to you about that game the most, and makes it one of your favorites?

MS: I love open world maps and the freedom to develop my characters any way I want. Skyrim also takes place in a world of fantasy that I really appreciate. Dragons, werewolves, and trolls are my kind of thing.

Unrelenting Force

KS: As a black woman, how do you feel about the stereotype that black women don’t play video games? Has anyone ever been visibly surprised when you mention you’re a gamer?

MS: I don’t care about any stereotypes. They don’t affect what I want to do. When people are visibly surprised, I just shrug and say “Believe it.” I don’t have anything to prove, haha.

KS: In what other ways do you enjoy nerding out?

For more information on Winona, click on the picture for their Facebook page, like them, and buy their albums! OH! And if you’re ever in LA, see ‘em live! It’s amazing!

MS: Comic books, copious amounts of drawing and animating, and my favorite: watching cartoons. I am a big music nerd. I spend a lot of time playing music with my band, Winona.

KS: The SuicideGirls have a booth every year at the San Diego Comic Con. Is this your favorite con? And just how bad do you geek out? When you’re not working the booth, what’s the first thing you do (or go looking for, as far as comic books, etc.)?

MS: I love Comic Con, it’s the perfect party! When I’m not working the booth, I’m running around the Oni, Dark Horse, and indie comics/toys booths.

KS: What are some of your favorite comic books and genres?

MS: I like graphic novels a ton! Oni has some really awesome stuff. I also love everything that goes on in the Green Lantern series. I’m going to pick up X-Men again too. It’s been many years since I’ve read it.

KS: As far as SuicideGirls goes, there are many who feel as though black women should not be SuicideGirls for a vary of stupid, racist reasons. What do you have to say to your haters?

MS: LOL! I have nothing to say to those people, they aren’t human to me.

KS: Has SG made a huge impact in/on your life?

MS: Indeed! I am surrounded by beautiful ladies all the time! I’ve picked up shooting more than just for myself because of it! It’s opened doors for me to travel and meet new people everywhere in the world. I’d say it’s one of the best decisions of my life.

KS: Do you have any advice for any black woman/brown-skinned lady who wants to go out for SG but is afraid, because they don’t think they’ll be accepted because they’re black?

MS: I’d say you have to give no fucks, just do the best you possibly can and don’t let these humanoid-trolls affect how you feel, because who fucking cares what a troll thinks?

KS: Any parting words for the readers?

MS: Fus-Ro-Dah!
